My Lash Educator journey began in 2015 when I set out to develop a comprehensive and cutting-edge lash curriculum. With the most current, detailed information at its core, our program is updated annually to keep pace with new industry regulations and discoveries. Staying ahead of the curve is essential, and our curriculum is designed to grow with the ever-changing trends and techniques in the lash world.

A fully “Done For You” Accredited Lash Education Program (that I currently offer as a 7 Day Program (3 days of Online Learning and 4 days In Person)

The NALA Educators Comprehension Program - teaching and empowering you to be the best educator you can be for your future students, earning you A Certified Educator Certificate!

A comprehensive curriculum with all of the supporting materials that are needed to run a successful lash education business

This program covers all aspects of Classic & Handmade Volume Lash Education, including a business section that guides your students through starting their own businesses.

To enroll, Lash artists are required to have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as a lash artist, as well as a strong understanding of lash extension theory and techniques

  • You will be required to carry adequate insurance as an educator, which is super easy to get once you have your Certified Educator Certificate!

  • Current business license

  • You will also be required to adhere to the decontamination protocols taught in the class and be able to effectively demonstrate and teach them to your students

you may not be ready for this program yet if:

  • You haven’t been a lash artist for at least 2 years of full-time clients

  • You aren’t willing to run a professional studio (home-based or brick-and-mortar)

  • You still aren’t fully comfortable with your own lash artistry

  • You are still struggling with aspects of daily lashing and troubleshooting issues like retention.

    If you price yourself correctly, you can repay the initial investment with the first class you host! I charge $3500 for my combo class, so that takes 3 students to pay off the initial investment.

    This IS an investment, but a total bargain at the same time. It is a fully ready-to-go business, that you can repay with your first class as an educator as well as an incredible retreat and Educator Training Program!

    When you register and pay, you receive all the marketing materials you need to advertise on social media to help get your first class booked when you arrive home from the educator’s retreat.
